What does AI4BI do?

AI4BI runs offline, hands-on AI workshops for Indian business owners and their teams. We come to your office, train your people to use AI on their real daily work such as emails, quotations, follow-ups and reports, and we build AI tools and automations around your actual workflows. All delivery is in person. So far: 63+ workshops delivered, 860+ professionals trained, across 11 client organisations.

Where is AI4BI based, and do you travel?

AI4BI is based in Kolkata, West Bengal. We deliver at your office in Kolkata and travel across India for on-site engagements. Travel outside Kolkata is quoted separately.

Is the training online or in person?

In person only. We do not run online courses and we do not sell recordings. Your team builds with AI in the room rather than watching a video, because that is the difference between people knowing about AI and people actually using it on Monday morning.

How much does it cost?

The open courses are priced per seat: Basics of AI is ₹2,000, Personal Branding is ₹9,999, and Sales Universe and Finance with AI are ₹12,000 each. All four together cost ₹31,999, which saves ₹4,000.

On-site employee AI training and AI tool building are customised to your company, so they are scoped and quoted after the free exploration call. We would rather quote something accurate than publish a number that has nothing to do with your business.

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. One message or call is enough to start, with no preparation and no prior knowledge. The Basics of AI course is built for people starting from zero. Most owners we work with have opened ChatGPT once or twice and quietly stopped.

How long does a workshop take?

The Basics of AI session runs about 120 minutes. On-site employee training is usually a half day or a full day, sometimes spread across several days when multiple departments are involved. We size it after the exploration call rather than selling a fixed package.

What is the free exploration call?

A conversation with no cost and no obligation. We sit with you, map how your company runs day to day, and find where time and money leak. You get a clear picture of where AI would help and where it would not, even if you stop there and never work with us.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

It is for owner-run and family-run Indian businesses and their employees, across manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail and professional services. The people who gain most sit in sales, accounts, purchase, despatch, admin and HR.

It is not built for IT departments or software engineering teams. They already know how to evaluate tools and do not need us.

What language are sessions run in?

English and Hindi, mixed as the room needs. Nobody gets left behind because of the language the tool happens to be in.

What does my team need to bring?

A laptop each, and their real work. We use your actual quotations, emails, reports and spreadsheets rather than made-up examples, because generic practice does not transfer back to the job.

Which AI tools do you teach?

Whichever ones fit the work in front of us. That usually means general assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, plus specific tools that suit your workflows. More importantly we teach the judgement rather than the buttons, because tools change every few months and your team needs to be able to size up a new one without calling us.

Is my company data safe?

Handling company information safely is part of every session. We cover what should never be pasted into a public AI tool, how to anonymise a document before using it, and where the real risks sit for a business like yours.

What happens after the workshop?

The tools, prompts and processes built in the room stay with your team. You are not renting access to us. Where we have co-created automations, they run on your systems and your accounts.

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not what we sell and not what we have seen. In the businesses we work with, AI removes the slow parts of a job such as retyping, chasing, formatting and summarising, and the same people get more done in a day.
