AI4BI runs offline, hands-on AI workshops for Indian business owners and their teams. We come to your office, teach your people to use AI on the work they already do, and build the tools they need. The same four people who sell the workshop are the four who run it.
What AI4BI actually is
AI4BI stands for "AI for Business Intelligence". We are a training and implementation team based in Kolkata, West Bengal, working with owner-run and family-run Indian businesses: manufacturing, trading and distribution, retail and professional services. Since starting, we have delivered 63+ workshops and trained 860+ professionals across 11 client organisations.
Everything we do is in person. We are not an online course platform, we do not sell software, and we do not have a video library. Our work happens in a room in your office, with your team, on your actual files and your actual problems. If a session ends and nobody has built anything, we have failed.
We do not train IT departments or software engineering teams. Those teams already know how to evaluate tools. Our audience is the people who run the business and the staff who do the daily work: sales, accounts, purchase, despatch, admin, HR.

What we will not do
- We will not sell you a tool you do not need. Plenty of work is better fixed with a spreadsheet and a clear process. We will say so.
- We will not run a session over video. Offline is the product, not a preference.
- We will not hand your session to a subcontractor. The four people above are the four people who show up.
- We will not put your data somewhere you cannot see. Part of every session is how to handle company information safely.

Not to be confused with
Several unrelated organisations use the name "AI4BI". This one is the AI training company in Kolkata, India, at ai4bi.info. We are not the AI4BI academic workshop at National Taiwan University, the internal AI4BI business intelligence team at TSMC, the UKRI AI4BI Centre for Doctoral Training in Biomedical Innovation at the University of Edinburgh, or the amateur radio callsign AI4BI.
